Cancellation Policies: 

 

Your $333 deposit is non-refundable.

 100% of your total cost for your room (minus deposit)can be refunded up until August 15th, then no longer refundable . 

We highly suggest travel insurance due to any unforeseen circumstances.

A Travel Insurance Policy is no longer required for unvaccinated individuals.  However, we recommend that all travelers obtain it in the case that he/she contracts COVID 19 before or during travel.  

 

Insurance Options:

Trawick offers the Safe Travels Voyager plan for US residents. 

Recently, Trawick added two plans for travelers from other countries (outside the US). They are the Safe Travels International plan and Safe Travels International Cost Saver plan.

Canada Residents: For Canadian residents, we have heard of people using Blue Cross Blue Shield.
